Easy on the stomach Bento (No.55)

Hi everyone!

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, it has been so hectic over here!

I was made redundant last month. From a job I really enjoyed. It was tough, and I am still looking for full time employment, but I was lucky. I still had a contract with the Youth Service, and at the time I got made redundant, they really needed my help. So, it’s not all bad, but it has been hectic. As many of you that work in the Youth sector or anything to do with childcare would know, the hours are sometimes long and hard and not consistent. I will try and update the blog as often as I can and keep you updated on the job front πŸ™‚

Oh also, I ran the race for life!!! I ran the 5k in 33.26! And I’m still running and training lots to keep up the fitness πŸ™‚ Even though it has been hectic and busy for me the last few weeks, I have still kept up a good level of exercise and healthy eating πŸ™‚IMG00311Above is a bento I had the other week, that contains roasted veg, homemade cucumber maki and quorn sausages πŸ™‚ yummy!
