I took this simple Bento to work for lunch the other week. It just shows how something simple can be so yummy!!
This Bento included leftover plain rice, green beans, tomato, veggie sausage, avocado, and leftover stir fry brown sushi rice (under the avocado). I added umeboshi and a soy sauce container to add to the rice at lunchtime 🙂
I love colourful and healthy lunches, they make the day that little bit brighter.
